People in DeKalb County fighting a proposed Walmart in Suburban Plaza got some bad news Friday.

A DeKalb County Superior Judge has ruled against Good Growth DeKalb’s appeal of a building permit issued to the developer, Selig Enterprises. The ruling was disclosed in a letter from VP Scott Selig posted on the Medlock Area Neighborhood Association website.

“Selig is pleased with the outcome and believes the Judge came to the correct conclusion given the law and the facts in the case,” Selig wrote.
