Decatur bluegrass band The Porch Bottom boys are headlining at the Red Light Cafe this Friday.

The Feb. 28 show begins at 8 pm. The Red Light Cafe is located at 553 Amsterdam Avenue, Atlanta, GA 30306.

Mandolin player Denis Gainty said the band is proud to be front and center at this Friday’s gig.

“Are we headlining because the actual headliner couldn’t make it? Well, yes, technically that’s right,” Gainty said. “But the result is still that we’re still the last of multiple bands to play, and that sounds like headlining to me; so exciting for our careers as amateur musicians.”
