Here is the current list of school closings for Thursday, Feb. 13, due to severe winter weather.

City Schools of Decatur will be closed Feb. 13, for both staff and students. “Please stay safe and warm,” the school system says on its Facebook page.

Fulton County Schools announced that it will be closed Feb. 13. “Makeup days have not been determined; however they will not impact Feb. 14, 17 and Spring Break,” the school system says on its Facebook page.

Atlanta Public Schools announced that schools will be closed on Thursday. “Due to inclement weather and for the safety of our students and employees, Atlanta Public Schools and administrative offices will remain closed Thursday, February 13, 2014,” the school system said on its Facebook page. “Only essential personnel are expected to report for duty. All scheduled APS extracurricular activities and events will be rescheduled.”

DeKalb County Schools just announced that school is cancelled tomorrow. The school system’s Facebook page says, “In order to ensure that learning opportunities continue and as we work to prepare students for CRCTs and EOCTs, included below is a list of K-12 instructional resources including, science and social studies, for students and parents. These links can be accessed electronically to support learning and mastery of the curriculum. In addition to accessing the resources provided below, students and parents may view the student virtual toolbox to learn about the various instructional tools available in the DeKalb County School District. The toolbox may be accessed using the following link: http://its.dekalb.k12.ga.us/StudentVirtualToolbox.aspx”

Emory University will be closed Feb. 13, according to Emory’s website. Agnes Scott College will also be closed.
