The staff at Raging Burrito in downtown Decatur found an unexpected guest on the patio Sunday morning: a four-door car.

Lacey Patten, assistant manager and bar tender, said a woman and her daughter crashed through the patio wall in their four door sedan at 10:30 am, 30 minutes before the restaurant opened.

“This lady and her daughter were trying to go to the church Sunday morning,” Patten said. “She said her brakes weren’t working.”

No one was on the patio at the time and there were no injuries, Patten said.

“It just knocked out the wall,” she said. “The actual tables, we reused them. It looks OK. Some people don’t even notice.”
