There’s a new women’s clothing store in Decatur, Ga.

Bleu Hanger opened a couple of weeks ago at 305 E. College Avenue, located next to a salon.

Owner Meldora Skaggs said the store offers surprises for its customers.

“The whole concept inside of the boutique is a French theme,” she said. “All the hangars are blue. It’s kind of like a mystery. What will you find week to week?”

She gave a few clues. The clothing styles can be trendy or conservative. The company also sells homegrown garments, Skaggs said, including, “Leather handbags that are handmade by a local designer right here in Atlanta.”

Store manager Joey Molina said the prices are “very reasonable.”

“We feel like we cater to all sorts of women, all sorts of styles,” he said.

The store is open every week Tuesday through Saturday from 10 am to 8 pm, and Sundays 12 pm to 6 pm.

There’s a 10 percent off sale going on today, Christmas Eve, and the store will close at 4 pm.

“It’s just a fun boutique,” Skaggs said.
