Gardeners take note. This weekend you can choose from 80 varieties of tomato plants, 10 different kinds of eggplants and 30 different kinds of peppers during the Wylde Center’s Spring Plant Sale.

There will also be medicinal herbs, okra, beans, soybeans, cucumbers, and squash. The Wylde Center will have a selection of trees, shrubs, annuals, and perennials.

The sale runs April 10 through April 12 at the Oakhurst Garden, located at 435 Oakview Road in Decatur, open from 9 am to 4 pm. The Wylde Center will use the proceeds to help fund its educational programs.

“All of the vegetables have been propagated by the Wylde Center’s horticulture staff, while many of the other plants offered for sale will be provided by local growers and partner organizations,” the announcement from the Wylde Center says.
