Kimball House in Decatur recently announced it is changing its hours of operation.

In a message posted on Instagram, the company said, “These shifts are long y’all and because we love our staff and their sanity we are dialing back starting Sept. 15. We will now be open from 5 p.m. to midnight-Sunday through Thursday and 5 p.m. to 1 a.m. on Friday and Saturday. Kitchen service will end one hour before close. Hero will be popping oysters until close every night. Thank you!”

In other restaurant news:

– Dulce Vegan bakery in Kirkwood is hiring. The company recently completed major renovations of it store which closed the bakery for six months.

“We are getting very close to opening but we need just one or two more awesome people to join our team,” the company said on its Instagram page. “If you have kitchen or barista experience please email us your resume and cover letter to [email protected]. We can’t wait to be open and see everyone again and serve you yummy food!”

– The Bishop in Avondale Estates was closed for two days this week. According to the city, the restaurant closed on Tuesday and Wednesday, “for deep cleaning and organizing.” The restaurant was scheduled to reopen on Thursday, Sept. 17.

– Lucky’s Burger & Brew Emory Village is planning to open this month. To restaurant is holding a “Friends & Family Night” on Monday, Sept. 21. All gratuities and donations will go to Adopt a Golden Atlanta.
