A real estate listing says that an “Historic Decatur Square Restaurant & Bar” is up for sale, but the name of the restaurant is being withheld for now.

Steven Josovitz, the agent representing the property, says the identity of the restaurant is “top secret.”

The asking price is $485,000.

He did say it was located on Ponce de Leon, but said revealing anything more than that could hurt the restaurant’s business.

According to the listing, the restaurant is 4,000 square feet, has 120 seats, a 14-seat full service bar and frontage and patio seating. It also includes a separate 1,000 square foot space with a separate kitchen for private dining and event space, the listing says.

“This is an incredible opportunity to get a fully equipped, well established, high volume, turnkey, restaurant at a fraction of build out and opening costs of almost $2,000,000 in busy and historic downtown Decatur,” the listing says.

Also, separate space of approximately 1000 sf attached with separate kitchen for private dining or other event space.
