The Decatur Wine Festival is looking for a few good volunteers.

The wine festival is Saturday, November 7 from 12:30 p.m. until 4:30 p.m. on the Decatur Square, rain or shine.

Captains for the pour tables and entry gates are still needed. And it’s not a bad gig. A notification from Volunteer Decatur! said, “When you are not working you can enjoy the wine, snacks and atmosphere at the event.”

The festival will feature nearly 500 wines, according to the website, and Decatur restaurants will be providing the food. Proceeds benefit the Decatur Arts Alliance.
