People looking to park at the Decatur Library parking deck are going to be out of luck starting on Wednesday and Thursday.

According to the city, “The parking deck shared by Decatur Library and the Decatur Recreation Center will be closed on Wednesday, Nov. 11 and Thursday, Nov. 12 due to construction and repairs. Please consider walking, biking or riding MARTA on these days. Street parking and parking in one of Decatur’s many parking decks is available and only a short stroll away.”

The city adds that, “Parents with children in the After School program  will have access to the street between the library and recreation center for picking up children from the after school site at Decatur Recreation Center on Wednesday and Thursday.”
