Kathy Phillips says that Decatur Girl Scout Troop 28433 decorated the tree at the Decatur Recreation Center on Friday.

“This is our 9th year,” Phillips said. “Each year the scouts make homemade decorations to add to the tree. This group of DHS 9th and 10th grade students provide hundreds of hours of community service each year to our city.”
