Finders Keepers Consignments is moving, but not very far.

The furnishings store, which is currently at 2753 East College Ave. in the Avondale Esates area, will move down the road to the Twin Oaks Shopping Center, also on East College Ave., according to a city email.

Bonnie Kallenberg, owner of Finders Keepers Consignments, is quoted a saying, “We were approached with this opportunity at the perfect time as we are bursting at the seams with merchandise and business is booming! We believe this move will enable us to better serve our customers and consignors while making space for another long time Avondale Estates business to grow!”

Kallenberg said Jack and Jill Children’s Resale Boutique will move into the space at 2753 East College Ave. when Finders Keepers Furnishings moves out.

The email said Lisa Doesburg, owner of Jack and Jill, was also considering options for more space at the time.

“Lisa and I are excited to expand our businesses and continue to support the Avondale Estates community” Kallenberg is quoted as saying.
