Thousands of people came out to downtown Decatur to celebrate the arts during Memorial Day weekend. The 2016 Decatur Arts Festival showcased over 150 artists from around town, the state and the southeast region. There was food, musical and dance performances, a children’s section, a book sale and much, much more.
