There will be an arraignment hearing on Monday, June 6, for Robert Olsen, a former DeKalb County Police Officer charged with murder in the death of Air Force Veteran Anthony Hill.

The hearing will be held 1:30 p.m. in DeKalb County Superior Judge J.P. Boulee’s courtroom. Olsen, who resigned in January, will have an opportunity to enter a plea to the charges against him.

“Olsen is charged with two counts of felony murder, two counts of violation of oath by a public officer, aggravated assault and making a false statement in connection with the March 9, 2015 shooting death of Anthony Hill,” the District Attorney’s Office said in a press release.
