The Avondale Estates Police Department says a burglary occurred in the 1000 block of Chatsworth Drive on June 16 between 2 p.m. and 3 p.m.

“The home was unoccupied, but forced entry was made through a carport door and the home was ransacked,” the Police Department said. “It is unknown what, if anything, was taken.
