On Apr. 8, Decatur’s annual Easter Egg Hunt will begin at 10:30 a.m. with a guest appearance by the Easter bunny at First Baptist Church of Decatur, located at 308 Clairemont Ave. At 11 a.m., the hunt will begin.

The hunt is “staggered by age groups so that parents with more than one child, in different age groups, can experience the fun with each of their children.”

In addition to hunting for eggs, kids can participate in crafts, music/story time, and pose for a picture at the photo booth. The Decatur Farmers Market is reopening for its first Saturday this spring during the hunt. The market will be set up in front of the church.

In case of rain, the Easter Egg Hunt will relocate to the lower level of First Baptist’s parking garage.
