Lanes on Commerce Drive will close to allow for utility work

The city is warning residents to expect lane closures on Commerce Drive for the next two weeks, starting today, May 30.

“AMLI Development will begin underground utility improvements necessary for the Callaway property development on Commerce Drive beginning Tuesday morning, May 30,” an announcement from the city says. “These will require the periodic closing of single vehicle lanes on Commerce south of West Trinity Place during a roughly two week period.”

The city says two-way traffic will be “generally” available during the project, “though flagman/directional efforts may cause minor delays. All sidewalks are to remain open.”

The city provided this map showing the location of the work.
