From 6 to 9 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 19, the public is invited to the open forum “Atlanta On The Move,” which will be held at the Loudermilk Conference Center, at 40 Courtland Street Northeast in Atlanta.

The event is headed up by the Atlanta Bicycle Coalition and its partners, and candidates for mayor will spend the three hours discussing transportation issues. The forum will allow for voters to differentiate between the candidates’ positions on improving Atlanta’s transportation methods.

Planned topics for the forum are:

– What would candidates do to make streets safe for people walking, biking, and waiting for the bus?

– What transportation related ideas do they have to keep Atlanta affordable?

– What investments are most pressing to realizing Atlanta’s potential for active transportation modes?

In addition to these topics, you can submit your own questions to be discussed at the forum.
