Cathy N. Davidson

Tomorrow, Feb. 16, from 2 to 3 p.m., Cathy N. Davidson will be delivering the keynote at Agnes Scott’s Founder’s Day Convocation, a celebration for the founding of the college.

Davidson received the Ernest J. Boyer Award for Significant Contributions to Higher Education in 2016. In addition, she is the author of ‘The New Education: How to Revolutionize the University to Prepare Students for a World in Flux.’”

According to a recent press release, “she champions new ideas and methods for learning and professional development—in school, in the workplace and in everyday life.”

The celebration will be held on Agnes Scott campus in Campbell Hall of the Frances Bailey Graves Auditorium, located at 141 E. College Avenue in Decatur.
