Mardi Gras celebration at Louisiana Bistreaux Decatur

8-piece band performs live

Mardi Gras celebration is full throttle at Louisiana Bistreaux in Decatur, 1496 Church Street at N. Decatur Road. For the second year Fat Tuesday, February 13th, will kick off with guests invited to the live-hosted video segments of Fox 5’s Good Day Atlanta starting just before 8am. Louisiana Bistreaux will have beignets and coffee available!

By 11 a.m. the lunch service begins with complimentary beads and masks. Enjoy the Cajun and Creole style food all day. The bar will have special Mardi-Rita’s, Hurricanes and many more Louisiana signature drinks.

Oysters, Shrimp, and Crawfish are perfect appetizers to kick off the celebration. The famous trademarked Crawtator Crusted Grouper is a must-try entrée but you will also love the more typical fare like Jambalaya, Ettoffeés and Gumbo.

The patio, inside bar and main dining room is open for seating. There are no reservations, just come in and we will make room for you! We will have an overflow area on the sidewalk to socialize with the Krewe.

By 6  p.m. the “8up with Dixie” band will start off the live music asking guests to be their second line – following band members through the restaurant. This accomplished 8-piece band will play until 9pm. You should be ready to dance Mardi Gras style!

Laissez les bons temps rouler! Let the good times roll, Louisiana style!
