Decatur’s First Traffic Circle

Work crews poured concrete Saturday morning for Decatur’s first traffic circle. The traffic circle, also called a roundabout, is at Ponce de Leon Place and Oakland Street in the Clairemont neighborhood behind the First Baptist Church of Decatur.
