The country is taking note of Decatur’s popular Craft Beer Festival.

USA Today has named the Decatur Craft Beer Festival as a finalist in the Readers’ Choice Awards for Favorite Beer Festival. Decatur is one of 20 finalists. Another Atlanta-area festival, HOToberFest, also made the list.

According to USA Today, “Thousands of beer fanatics gather in downtown Decatur, Ga. – a (peach) stone’s throw from Atlanta – to sample some of the finest American craft beers at this annual showcase.”

The City’s Decatur Minute blog says voting ends on Feb. 29 at 11:59 a.m. and winners will be announced on March 4.
