According to the Facebook event, the competition rules go as follows: “We provide every restaurant with raw pork spare ribs, which they prepare it in any way they like. The only rule is that the pork must be smoked in some way. The winner is chosen by a combined tally from the People’s Choice and from our local BBQ professional judges.”

Ticket prices can be found at http://smokeandglorycookoff.com/general-info.html, which covers “a full afternoon of food from some of Atlanta’s hottest chefs, and unlimited beer tastings from our craft brewery participants.” All of the proceeds will be donated to Camp Horizon and The Giving Kitchen.
